UMT Holdings (UMTH) was incorporated on 8th November 2009, as a wholly owned company of Universiti Malaysia Terengganu (UMT), a public university established under the Universities & University Colleges Act 1971.
SUBSIDIARIES
UMTCS is tasked with developing income-generating businesses associated with consultation, education and training.
UMT Aqua offers consultancy services in aquaculture and fisheries to related government and private agencies.
UMTSEA was established on 4 January 2024. At this early stage it operates as a Learning Centre for UMT before being realised as a private wing for UMT.
