UMT Aqua functions as an investment company to generate income in the field of aquaculture and fisheries as a business activity. The main focus of UMT Aqua Sdn. Bhd. in the field of fisheries by using expertise from within Universiti Malaysia Terengganu and external experts. We specialise in providing premium quality of portunid crab, shrimp and tilapia.

Rapid Biofloc UMT is a floc of microorganisms and suspended organic matter that functions to maintain water quality and provide a natural microbial protein source for aquatic life such as fish and shrimp. This technology increases the effectiveness of aquaculture systems in a sustainable, environmentally friendly and cost-effective manner.
